Terms & Conditions

By contacting TAKCTRL (via WhatsApp or takctrl.in) and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the engagement.

TAKCTRL provides bespoke technology services including software development, web development, AI/automation, and consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon individually — typically confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or a formal project agreement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback required for the project
• Not use our deliverables for unlawful purposes
• Not reproduce, resell, or sublicense TAKCTRL's proprietary tools or methods without written permission

All work created by TAKCTRL remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to you as agreed in the project scope. TAKCTRL retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

The TAKCTRL name, logo, and product names (including Turf Mates) are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

• Fees are as agreed per project
• We typically require an advance before commencing work; the balance is due upon delivery
• Late payments may attract a delay charge of 1.5% per month
• Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes will be added to invoices

TAKCTRL's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued engagement after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
